Checked out Commonwealth Indian Restaurant and it didn't disappoint. The Malabar Chicken was delicious - rich, coconutty, and hit all the right notes. Paired it with some fresh Garlic Naan and finished with a solid Masala Chai. Vibe is modern and the service is excellent.
We celebrated my father's milestone birthday at Commonwealth Indian Restaurant and had an unforgettable celebration. From the planning through the birthday celebration, every detail was attended to with so much care. The service was excellent, the food was exeptional, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. Amazing ambience and restaurant fixtures. A rare high-end Indian restaurant in Montgomery County. Quality, genuine Indian flavors not watered down for the American palette! Must haves are the Crispy Spinach Chaat and the Yellow Crab Curry! The butter chicken and Lamb chops are equally impressive. Perfect for special occasions , gatherings or an intimate evening with friends!
Truly a gem of a restaurant - I can't recommend it enough. The team, service, and ambience are the epitome of great hospitality and the food is just delectable. I bring everyone I know here ever since I dined here for the first time two years ago. Make sure to get the tandoori prawns! And the parantha! And everything else.
